Here's what's new and coming soon in Dutchie E-Commerce. Subject to change.

      Enhancements

New Mobile App Analytics dashboard in admin. A new Mobile App Analytics page (Analytics > Mobile App) will show an interactive engagement graph (Users, Sessions, and Page Views over time) and a searchable, sortable table of the app's most-viewed pages, plus a Total Downloads metric. Data can be scoped to a specific dispensary, and mobile app orders will be filterable on the separate Analytics > Sales page. Learn more in the Help Center.

Enhanced menu filtering & categorization for concentrates & infused products. New, granular subcategories and filters across Dutchie E-commerce will help dispensaries showcase premium concentrate products and give shoppers an easier way to find exactly what they are looking for.

With this update, your online menu will automatically normalize product terminology and surfaces dedicated filters for Rosin All-in-Ones, Infused Pre-Rolls, and Infused Flower.

      • Dedicated "Rosin All-in-One" Vaporizer Category & Smart Mapping

        • Vaporizers now include a dedicated Rosin All-in-One subcategory.

        • Our automatic terminology normalizer recognizes common naming variations—such as Disposable, AIO, Pod System, Live Rosin Pen, and Solventless Vape—and maps them directly to the new canonical category for a clean, consistent menu.

      • Pre-Roll Resin & Concentrate Filtering

        • Shoppers browsing Pre-Rolls can now filter directly by specific concentrate types, including Bubble Hash, Diamonds, Resin, and Rosin.

      • Infused Flower Breakdown

        • The Flower category now supports detailed concentrate-type filtering for infused products, allowing customers to filter by Infused Bubble Hash, Infused Diamonds, Infused Resin, and Infused Rosin.

These new subcategories and filter options will appear automatically on your Dutchie E-Commerce storefront under the Vaporizers, Pre-Rolls, and Flower menu categories.

Mobile Checkout identification photos and responsive layout. Mobile Checkout will now reliably select the correct customer identification photo (driver’s license for recreational customers; MMJ/medical card for medical patients) and keeps checkout usable in portrait and short landscape screens. If the selected photo is missing, Mobile Checkout shows a placeholder instead of substituting another document image. This update also keeps the portrait footer stable and accessible, moves the short-landscape footer with the page content so it no longer covers the cart, and makes View Profile fill the viewport and scroll independently.

E-Commerce order number visibility in POS. We’re adding E-Commerce order number visibility to Transaction History in the Register and Backoffice, making it easier to reconcile an online order with its in-store transaction.

Deal cards auto-hide when empty. In mobile apps, deal cards will no longer appear when there are no applicable products available for that deal.

New "Checker Board" flair type. Mobile App users can now apply a "Checker Board" flair to products on their menu.

      Fixes

We're releasing fixes for the following issues:

      • An order could bypass Florida MMUR allotment blocking when the compliance check failed due to a transport error.

      • Incorrect delivery dates could appear across multiple zones for specific customer accounts.

      • A brand exclusion discount rule could still apply on the online menu even though it was correctly excluded in POS.

      • Theme and color changes made in the admin panel could revert after publishing.

      • Errors from third-party scripts could take down the entire page.

      • A valid "not found" result during customer phone lookup could be misclassified as a system error.

      • Checkout could fail with an error when a Moneris payment response was missing an expected field.

      • Unauthenticated requests to specials settings returned a server error instead of an access-denied response.

      • Removing a dispensary from a chain could unintentionally affect users beyond that dispensary.

      • Category override sort order wasn't reflected in the Dutchie Plus menu settings API response.

      • A mismatch between a liquid edible's volume and net weight could incorrectly block checkout for 72oz purchase limits.

      • Invalid filter queries could be allowed on the Dutchie Plus menu.

      • An error could occur when calculating the delivery minimum.

      • The order-type takeover modal could error when formatting delivery zone information.

      • A legacy special could remain open after an integration was disconnected.

      • Saving menu order settings at the same time as another update could cause changes to be lost.

      • Updating a profile's address or medical card could fail with an error if it included an unexpected field.

      • A new dispensary-admin account could be created with an email that only differed by case from an existing account.

      • Claiming a kiosk with a duplicate code could return the wrong kiosk's identity.

      • The "Viewing" pill could disappear for single-store enterprises in Web Studio.

      • The List + Image layout allowed advancing to the Style step without a required header or image.

      • Customers couldn't see available delivery or pickup order times on the website.

      • Updating a coupon could still fail with a validation error on certain optional fields.

      • A failed cache purge could silently leave stale menu content displayed.
