Enhanced navigation customization for Mobile App
If you have a Dutchie Mobile App, you can now customize your navigation bar appearance and tab labels. This new Mobile App section in Customize > Theme includes:
Custom color settings for Navigation (top) Bar, Tab (bottom) Bar, Active Tab, and Inactive Tab.
Navigation Image (logo that appears in the top navigation bar)
Custom text for bottom bar tabs (by default, Shop, Specials, Cart, and Account)
A new Mobile App preview tab
Enterprise collection, custom category, and homepage section management
Chain admins can now copy collections, custom categories, and homepage sections and publish them to other locations or entire states, similar to the image asset management tool we released earlier this month. In Dutchie E-Commerce admin, select All Locations near the lower left to access the Chain Admin view, then Marketing:
Phone number login for Kiosk Pro
Your customers can now use their phone number to log in to Kiosk Pro.
If the entered phone number matches an existing account, the customer will be automatically logged in and will see their loyalty points (if opted in) and personalized recommendations the same as if they had logged in by scanning the QR code.
If the entered phone number does not match an existing account:
The customer will be prompted to add more information such as name, email, and date of birth to create an account before checkout. This will also include an option to join your loyalty program.
The customer will receive an email with a link to set a password after completing their order.
Additionally, the lock screen now shows Medical and Recreational options for locations that offer both, or Start Order for locations that are medical-only or recreational-only.
Inventory-dependent discount display
Discounts will no longer appear online if there are no eligible products in stock in Dutchie POS.
Fixes
We’ve released fixes for the following issues:
Causes carousel images appeared cut off when viewed on mobile.
Some mobile app orders failed to sync to Dutchie POS.
Emails for promotions with the Email my customers about this special option enabled could continue to send after the promotion’s end date.
Discounts for some locations appeared as “Credit”.
